The viewing/accommodation takes its form from the idea of internalization of the external, a concept stemming from ingestion of psychedelic plants found in the desert. The shape acts as a dish, similar to the ear, which collects the roar of the launch and channels it into the occupants, suspended in hammocks amidst the intense vibrations. Juxtaposed to this intense external barrage is the Deep Space Deprivation Chamber. The pitch black, anechoecoic, saltwater pool tries to capture existence in deep space, where one is left only with ones internal dialogue.
